Valdle is a free, browser-based daily puzzle platform featuring Valorant-themed trivia and guessing games. The service includes seven puzzle modes — Agent Wordle, Skin Guessr, Ability Guessr, Quote Guessr, Agent Guessr, Buddy Guessr, and Map Guessr — each refreshing daily at midnight UTC. The service is provided free of charge.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Valdle, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the service.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

The Valdle platform, including its original puzzle design, source code, user interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Curious Mushroom Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without our express written permission.

3.2 Riot Games & Valorant Assets

Valdle is an independent, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. Valorant®, its agents, weapon skins, gun buddies, maps, abilities, voicelines, and all associated assets are the intellectual property of Riot Games, Inc. These assets are used on Valdle for fan, educational, and commentary purposes under the principles of fair use and in accordance with Riot Games' Legal Jibber Jabber.

If Riot Games requests that we remove or modify any content, we will do so promptly.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Valdle solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Valdle platform or its puzzle data.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to solve puzzles or access our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Reproduce or redistribute Valdle's puzzle content, design, or data on other platforms without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Valdle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of puzzle answers, the availability of daily puzzles, or the accuracy of streak and progress data stored locally.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Curious Mushroom Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Valdle service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of streaks, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Valdle may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (including Google Firebase and Google Analytics). These third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.
